class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4eba\u8eab\u4f24\u5bb3\u6cd5\u6db5\u76d6\u4e86\u5f53\u4e00\u4e2a\u4eba\u56e0\u4e8b\u6545\u6216\u4f24\u5bb3\u800c\u906d\u53d7\u75db\u82e6\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u53ef\u80fd\u5bf9\u8be5\u75db\u82e6\u627f\u62c5\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8d23\u4efb\u65f6\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7ea0\u7eb7\u3002\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u4eba\u8eab\u4f24\u5bb3\u6848\u4ef6\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5904\u7406\u4eba\u8eab\u4f24\u5bb3\u6848\u4ef6\u53ef\u80fd\u5f88\u590d\u6742\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u5f7b\u5e95\u7684\u8c03\u67e5\u3002\u4e00\u4f4d\u8d1d\u5c14\u7ef4\u5c14\u7684\u4f24\u5bb3\u5f8b\u5e08\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u60a8\u4e86\u89e3\u6848\u4ef6\u7684\u7ec6\u5fae\u5dee\u522b\u4ee5\u53ca\u9002\u7528\u7684\u65e0\u6570\u5dde\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure href=\"https:\/\/casetext.com\/statute\/new-jersey-statutes\/title-2a-administration-of-civil-and-criminal-justice\/chapter-2a15-actions-in-person-or-by-attorney\/section-2a15-51-contributory-negligence-elimination-as-bar-to-recovery-comparative-negligence-to-determine-damages\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u4fee\u6b63\u8fc7\u5931\u76f8\u62b5<\/a> rule. This means that if you\u2019re found partially at fault for the accident, your compensation may be reduced by your percentage of fault. However, if you\u2019re more than 50% responsible, you may be barred from recovering any damages.
