Glugeth &amp; Pierguidi, P.C. \u7684\u54c8\u80af\u8428\u514b\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u4e8b\u6545\u5f8b\u5e08\u7684\u5e2e\u52a9\u4e0b\uff0c\u53d7\u4f24\u7684\u9a91\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u8005\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.njnylawyers.com\/zh\/hackensack-personal-injury-lawyers\/\">\u4eba\u8eab\u4f24\u5bb3\u7d22\u8d54<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u62e5\u6709\u8d85\u8fc7 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.njnylawyers.com\/zh\/case-results\/\">30\u5e74\u7ecf\u9a8c\u5408\u8ba1<\/a>, \u6211\u4eec\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u56e2\u961f\u4e86\u89e3\u9a91\u884c\u8005\u5728\u4f24\u5bb3\u7d22\u8d54\u4e2d\u9762\u4e34\u7684\u72ec\u7279\u6311\u6218\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u4e0d\u61c8\u52aa\u529b\u8c03\u67e5\u4e8b\u6545\uff0c\u4e0e\u4fdd\u9669\u516c\u53f8\u8c08\u5224\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u5fc5\u8981\u65f6\u5c06\u6848\u4ef6\u63d0\u4ea4\u5ba1\u5224\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u5ba2\u6237\u83b7\u5f97\u5e94\u6709\u7684\u8d54\u507f\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hackensack \u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u4e8b\u6545\u7684\u5e38\u89c1\u539f\u56e0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e86\u89e3\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u4e8b\u6545\u7684\u5e38\u89c1\u539f\u56e0\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u9884\u9632\u672a\u6765\u7684\u4e8b\u6545\uff0c\u4fdd\u62a4\u9a91\u884c\u8005\u514d\u53d7\u4f24\u5bb3\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u4e8b\u6545\u8d23\u4efb\u53ef\u80fd\u6d89\u53ca\u591a\u65b9\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5f8b\u5e08\u7ecf\u5e38\u9047\u5230\u7684\u5e38\u89c1\u8d23\u4efb\u65b9\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u758f\u5ffd\u9a7e\u9a76<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e0d\u9075\u5b88\u4ea4\u901a\u6cd5\u89c4\u6216\u9c81\u83bd\u9a7e\u9a76\u7684\u9a7e\u9a76\u5458\uff0c\u4e00\u65e6\u5bfc\u81f4\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u4e8b\u6545\uff0c\u5c06\u627f\u62c5\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8d23\u4efb\u3002\u8d85\u901f\u3001\u5206\u5fc3\u9a7e\u9a76\u4ee5\u53ca\u672a\u80fd\u7ed9\u9a91\u884c\u8005\u8ba9\u8def\u662f\u4e8b\u6545\u7684\u5e38\u89c1\u539f\u56e0\u3002\u8ffd\u7a76\u9a7e\u8f66\u8005\u7684\u8d23\u4efb\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fdd\u969c\u9a91\u884c\u8005\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u9053\u8def\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u7684\u9053\u8def\u5b89\u5168\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u653f\u5e9c\u5b9e\u4f53<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5982\u679c\u4e8b\u6545\u662f\u7531\u7ef4\u62a4\u4e0d\u5584\u7684\u9053\u8def\u3001\u7f3a\u5931\u7684\u8def\u6807\u6216\u7f3a\u4e4f\u6307\u5b9a\u7684\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u9053\u9020\u6210\u7684\uff0c\u8d1f\u8d23\u9053\u8def\u7ef4\u62a4\u7684\u653f\u5e9c\u673a\u6784\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u627f\u62c5\u8d23\u4efb\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u9488\u5bf9\u653f\u5e9c\u5b9e\u4f53\u7684\u7d22\u8d54\u5fc5\u987b\u9075\u5b88\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u63d0\u4ea4\u622a\u6b62\u65e5\u671f\u3002\u5bfb\u6c42\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6307\u5bfc\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u6709\u6548\u5904\u7406\u8fd9\u4e9b\u590d\u6742\u7684\u6848\u4ef6\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u5236\u9020\u5546<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6709\u7f3a\u9677\u7684\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u8f66\u67b6\u3001\u5236\u52a8\u5668\u6545\u969c\u6216\u7ec4\u4ef6\u6545\u969c\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u4e8b\u6545\u3002\u5982\u679c\u7f3a\u9677\u90e8\u4ef6\u5bfc\u81f4\u4e86\u60a8\u7684\u78b0\u649e\uff0c\u6839\u636e\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u5dde\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u8d23\u4efb\u6cd5\uff0c\u5236\u9020\u5546\u6216\u96f6\u552e\u5546\u53ef\u80fd\u8981\u627f\u62c5\u8d23\u4efb\u3002\u786e\u4fdd\u6709\u7f3a\u9677\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u5f97\u5230\u8bc6\u522b\u548c\u5904\u7406\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u9632\u6b62\u5c06\u6765\u53d1\u751f\u7c7b\u4f3c\u7684\u4e8b\u6545\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e1a\u4e3b<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u79c1\u4eba\u8d22\u4ea7\u6240\u6709\u8005\u5728\u56e0\u8def\u9762\u4e0d\u5e73\u6216\u5371\u9669\u969c\u788d\u7269\u7b49\u5371\u9669\u60c5\u51b5\u5bfc\u81f4\u4e8b\u6545\u65f6\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u627f\u62c5\u8d23\u4efb\u3002\u7269\u4e1a\u8d23\u4efb\u6cd5\u5141\u8bb8\u53d7\u4f24\u7684\u9a91\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u8005\u8ffd\u7a76\u8d22\u4ea7\u6240\u6709\u8005\u5bf9\u67d0\u4e9b\u5371\u9669\u7684\u8d23\u4efb\u3002\u8c03\u67e5\u5bfc\u81f4\u4e8b\u6545\u7684\u72b6\u51b5\u5bf9\u4e8e\u786e\u5b9a\u8d23\u4efb\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u786e\u5b9a\u8d23\u4efb\u65b9\u662f\u5bfb\u6c42\u8d54\u507f\u7684\u5173\u952e\u6b65\u9aa4\u3002\u7ecf\u9a8c\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u54c8\u80af\u8428\u514b\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u4e8b\u6545\u5f8b\u5e08\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u60a8\u786e\u5b9a\u8c01\u5e94\u5bf9\u60a8\u7684\u4f24\u5bb3\u8d1f\u8d23\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u4e8b\u6545\u7d22\u8d54\u4e2d\u7684\u8d54\u507f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u4e8b\u6545\u7684\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u6743\u83b7\u5f97\u591a\u79cd\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684\u8d54\u507f\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.njnylawyers.com\/zh\/blog\/how-medical-bills-are-paid-after-a-car-accident-in-new-jersey\/\"><strong>\u533b\u7597\u8d39\u7528<\/strong><\/a><strong>. <\/strong>\u8fd9\u5305\u62ec\u6025\u8bca\u5ba4\u5c31\u8bca\u3001\u4f4f\u9662\u3001\u624b\u672f\u3001\u5eb7\u590d\u3001\u5904\u65b9\u836f\u4ee5\u53ca\u5eb7\u590d\u6240\u9700\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u957f\u671f\u533b\u7597\u62a4\u7406\u3002\u83b7\u5f97\u533b\u7597\u8d39\u7528\u8d54\u507f\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u786e\u4fdd\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u5728\u6ca1\u6709\u7ecf\u6d4e\u8d1f\u62c5\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u83b7\u5f97\u6240\u9700\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.njnylawyers.com\/zh\/blog\/claim-lost-wages-from-car-accident-new-york\/\"><strong>\u5931\u4e1a\u635f\u5931\u548c\u672a\u6765\u8d5a\u94b1\u80fd\u529b<\/strong><\/a><strong>. <\/strong>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u7684\u4f24\u52bf\u4f7f\u60a8\u65e0\u6cd5\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u8981\u6c42\u8d54\u507f\u8bef\u5de5\u8d39\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4e8b\u6545\u9020\u6210\u957f\u671f\u6b8b\u75be\uff0c\u60a8\u8fd8\u53ef\u4ee5\u83b7\u5f97\u56e0\u6536\u5165\u80fd\u529b\u4e0b\u964d\u800c\u83b7\u5f97\u7684\u8d54\u507f\u3002.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.njnylawyers.com\/zh\/blog\/automobile-accident-pain-and-suffering-damages\/\"><strong>\u75bc\u75db\u548c\u75db\u82e6<\/strong><\/a><strong>. <\/strong>\u9664\u4e86\u7ecf\u6d4e\u635f\u5931\uff0c\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u8fd8\u53ef\u4ee5\u83b7\u5f97\u7cbe\u795e\u75db\u82e6\u3001\u8eab\u4f53\u75bc\u75db\u4ee5\u53ca\u5bf9\u751f\u6d3b\u8d28\u91cf\u6574\u4f53\u5f71\u54cd\u7684\u635f\u5bb3\u8d54\u507f\u3002.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u8d22\u4ea7\u635f\u5931\u3002. <\/strong>\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u88c5\u5907\u53ef\u80fd\u4ef7\u683c\u4e0d\u83f2\u3002\u7ef4\u4fee\u6216\u66f4\u6362\u635f\u574f\u8d22\u4ea7\u7684\u8d54\u507f\u91d1\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u6062\u590d\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u975e\u6b63\u5e38\u6b7b\u4ea1\u635f\u5bb3\u8d54\u507f\u3002. <\/strong>\u5728\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u4e8b\u6545\u4e2d\u5931\u53bb\u4eb2\u4eba\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u8d77\u975e\u6b63\u5e38\u6b7b\u4ea1\u8bc9\u8bbc\uff0c\u5bfb\u6c42\u4e27\u846c\u8d39\u3001\u7ecf\u6d4e\u652f\u6301\u635f\u5931\u548c\u7cbe\u795e\u75db\u82e6\u7684\u8d54\u507f\u3002\u8ffd\u7a76\u4e0d\u8d1f\u8d23\u4efb\u65b9\u7684\u8d23\u4efb\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e26\u6765\u6b63\u4e49\u611f\u548c\u4e86\u7ed3\u611f\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u60e9\u7f5a\u6027\u635f\u5bb3\u8d54\u507f. <\/strong>\u539f\u544a\u53ef\u4ee5\u83b7\u5f97 <a href=\"https:\/\/casetext.com\/statute\/new-jersey-statutes\/title-2a-administration-of-civil-and-criminal-justice\/chapter-2a15-actions-in-person-or-by-attorney\/section-2a15-512-award-of-punitive-damages-determination\">\u60e9\u7f5a\u6027\u8d54\u507f<\/a> \u5982\u679c\u88ab\u544a\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u5e26\u6709\u6076\u610f\u6216\u6545\u610f\u7f54\u987e\u4ed6\u4eba\u5b89\u5168\u3002\u60e9\u7f5a\u6027\u8d54\u507f\u65e8\u5728\u60e9\u7f5a\u88ab\u544a\u5e76\u963b\u6b62\u7c7b\u4f3c\u884c\u4e3a\u3002.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8ffd\u6c42\u5168\u9762\u516c\u5e73\u7684\u8d54\u507f\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u590d\u6742\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\uff0c\u4f46\u54c8\u80af\u8428\u514b\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u4e8b\u6545\u5f8b\u5e08\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u60a8\u7ef4\u62a4\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6743\u5229\u5e76\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u63d0\u9ad8\u60a8\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u56de\u62a5\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u9ed1\u6c99\u514b\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u4e8b\u6545\u540e\u5e94\u91c7\u53d6\u7684\u6b65\u9aa4<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5377\u5165\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u4e8b\u6545\uff0c\u8bf7\u91c7\u53d6\u4ee5\u4e0b\u63aa\u65bd\u6765\u4fdd\u62a4\u60a8\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u548c\u5408\u6cd5\u6743\u76ca\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u5c31\u533b\u3002.<\/strong> \u5982\u679c\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u8bf7\u4e3a\u4f24\u60c5\u3001\u8f66\u8f86\u635f\u574f\u3001\u8def\u51b5\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u76f8\u5173\u8bc1\u636e\u62cd\u7167\u3002\u89c6\u89c9\u8bc1\u636e\u5728\u8bc1\u660e\u8d23\u4efb\u548c\u635f\u5931\u65b9\u9762\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u6536\u96c6\u8054\u7cfb\u4fe1\u606f\u3002.<\/strong> \u83b7\u53d6\u6d89\u53ca\u4e8b\u6545\u7684\u53f8\u673a\u4ee5\u53ca\u76ee\u51fb\u8005\u7684\u59d3\u540d\u3001\u7535\u8bdd\u53f7\u7801\u548c\u4fdd\u9669\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u76ee\u51fb\u8005\u8bc1\u8bcd\u53ef\u4ee5\u52a0\u5f3a\u60a8\u7684\u6848\u4ef6\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u4fdd\u5b58\u8bc1\u636e.<\/strong> \u8bf7\u4fdd\u7559\u60a8\u7684\u635f\u574f\u7684\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u3001\u5934\u76d4\u548c\u8863\u670d\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u4eec\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u60a8\u6848\u4ef6\u4e2d\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u8bc1\u636e\u3002\u5728\u54a8\u8be2\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u8bf7\u4e0d\u8981\u4fee\u7406\u6216\u4e22\u5f03\u635f\u574f\u7684\u7269\u54c1\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u907f\u514d\u8ba8\u8bba\u8fc7\u9519\u3002.<\/strong>
