Glugeth &amp; Pierguidi, P.C.\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u6df1\u77e5\u8f66\u7978\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u538b\u529b\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\u652f\u6301\u4f60\u5ea6\u8fc7\u8fd9\u6bb5\u8270\u96be\u65f6\u671f\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u51ed\u501f\u5728\u6b27\u6587\u987f\u53ca\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u5dde\u5904\u7406\u6c7d\u8f66\u4e8b\u6545\u6848\u4ef6\u8d85\u8fc7 30 \u5e74\u7684\u4e30\u5bcc\u7ecf\u9a8c\uff0c, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.njnylawyers.com\/zh\/about\/\">\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u56e2\u961f<\/a> \u4e86\u89e3\u5982\u4f55\u5904\u7406\u4fdd\u9669\u8c08\u5224\uff0c\u5904\u7406\u6cd5\u5f8b\u590d\u6742\u6027\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3a\u4f60\u4e89\u53d6\u6240\u9700\u7684\u8d54\u507f\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u4f7f\u547d\u5f88\u7b80\u5355\uff1a\u4f60\u8d1f\u8d23\u5eb7\u590d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u8d1f\u8d23\u5904\u7406\u5176\u4f59\u4e00\u5207\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u9009\u62e9\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u6b27\u6587\u987f\u8f66\u7978\u5f8b\u5e08\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9009\u62e9\u5408\u9002\u7684\u6b27\u6587\u987f\u8f66\u7978\u5f8b\u5e08\u4f1a\u6781\u5927\u5730\u5f71\u54cd\u60a8\u6848\u4ef6\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u3002\u5728 Glugeth &amp; Pierguidi\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u63d0\u4f9b\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u4e2a\u6027\u5316\u5173\u6ce8<\/strong>. \u60a8\u80fd\u591f\u6301\u7eed\u83b7\u5f97\u5f8b\u5e08\u7684\u534f\u52a9\uff0c\u5e76\u8fdb\u884c\u6e05\u6670\u3001\u5f00\u653e\u7684\u6c9f\u901a\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u53ef\u4f9b\u5ba1\u5224\u7684\u9648\u8ff0\u3002.<\/strong> \u53ef\u80fd\u9002\u7528\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u60a8\u6709\u8fc7\u9519\uff0c\u60a8\u4ecd\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u6743\u83b7\u5f97\u8d54\u507f\uff0c\u4f46\u8fc7\u9519\u7684\u767e\u5206\u6bd4\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u60a8\u7684\u8d54\u507f\u91d1\u989d\u3002.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5728\u6b27\u6587\u987f\u53d1\u751f\u8f66\u7978\u540e\u5e94\u91c7\u53d6\u54ea\u4e9b\u6b65\u9aa4\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8f66\u7978\u540e\u7684\u5904\u7f6e\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u60a8\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u548c\u7d22\u8d54\u3002\u8bf7\u9075\u5faa\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6b65\u9aa4\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul \u4ece\u60a8\u53d1\u751f\u8f66\u7978\u4e4b\u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u63d0\u8d77\u4eba\u8eab\u4f24\u5bb3\u8bc9\u8bbc\uff08\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u5dde\u6cd5\u5178 \u00a7 2A:14-2(a)\uff09\uff0c\u5c3d\u7ba1\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u4f8b\u5916\u60c5\u51b5\u3002\u9519\u8fc7\u8fd9\u4e9b\u622a\u6b62\u65e5\u671f\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u60a8\u83b7\u5f97\u8d54\u507f\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002Glugeth &amp; Pierguidi \u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u4f1a\u786e\u4fdd\u6240\u6709\u6587\u4ef6\u53ca\u65f6\u63d0\u4ea4\uff0c\u5e76\u52aa\u529b\u4fdd\u62a4\u60a8\u7684\u6743\u5229\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6b27\u6587\u987f\u8f66\u7978\u5f8b\u5e08\u5982\u4f55\u5e2e\u52a9\u8fdb\u884c\u4fdd\u9669\u8c08\u5224\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p
