{"id":1495,"date":"2025-06-06T10:29:48","date_gmt":"2025-06-06T17:29:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.njnylawyers.com\/?page_id=1495"},"modified":"2025-06-06T10:29:48","modified_gmt":"2025-06-06T17:29:48","slug":"car-accident","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.njnylawyers.com\/zh\/montclair-personal-injury-lawyer\/car-accident\/","title":{"rendered":"\u8499\u7279\u514b\u83b1\u5c14\u6c7d\u8f66\u4e8b\u6545\u5f8b\u5e08"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u4e00\u573a\u8f66\u7978\u53ef\u80fd\u7728\u773c\u4e4b\u95f4\u5c31\u53d1\u751f\uff0c\u7ed9\u60a8\u5e26\u6765\u4f24\u75db\u3001\u8d22\u4ea7\u635f\u5931\u4ee5\u53ca\u6df7\u4e71\u7684\u4e16\u754c\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u662f\u5c0f\u4e8b\u6545\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u5e26\u6765\u6301\u4e45\u7684\u8eab\u4f53\u548c\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u800c\u5904\u7406\u4e8b\u6545\u540e\u7684\u4e8b\u5b9c\u5f80\u5f80\u4ee4\u4eba\u671b\u800c\u751f\u754f\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5728\u8f66\u7978\u4e2d\u53d7\u4f24\uff0c\u8ba9\u4e00\u4f4d\u8499\u7279\u514b\u83b1\u5c14\u7684\u8f66\u7978\u5f8b\u5e08\u7ad9\u5728\u60a8\u8fd9\u8fb9\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u60a8\u5eb7\u590d\u671f\u95f4\u63d0\u4f9b\u6025\u9700\u7684\u6307\u5bfc\u548c\u652f\u6301\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728 Glugeth &amp; Pierguidi, P.C.\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u6df1\u77e5\u4e8b\u6545\u53ef\u80fd\u9020\u6210\u7684\u8eab\u4f53\u3001\u60c5\u611f\u548c\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4e0a\u7684\u5de8\u5927\u538b\u529b\u3002. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.njnylawyers.com\/zh\/case-results\/\">\u6211\u4eec\u7ecf\u9a8c\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u5f8b\u5e08<\/a> \u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u5e2e\u52a9\u4e8b\u6545 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.njnylawyers.com\/zh\/montclair-personal-injury-lawyer\/\">\u8499\u7279\u514b\u83b1\u5c14\u7684\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005<\/a> \u83b7\u5f97\u4ed6\u4eec\u5e94\u5f97\u7684\u8d54\u507f\u3002\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u4e0e\u4fdd\u9669\u516c\u53f8\u8c08\u5224\u8fd8\u662f\u5c06\u6848\u4ef6\u63d0\u4ea4\u6cd5\u9662\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u90fd\u4f1a\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\u5e2e\u52a9\u60a8\u5904\u7406\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7ec6\u8282\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u60a8\u4e13\u6ce8\u4e8e\u5eb7\u590d\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u5728\u8499\u7279\u514b\u83b1\u5c14\u7684\u9053\u8def\u4e0a\u60a8\u6216\u60a8\u7684\u4eb2\u4eba\u53d7\u4f24\uff0c\u8bf7\u4e0d\u8981\u72ec\u81ea\u5904\u7406\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u77e5\u9053\u5982\u4f55\u5e94\u5bf9\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u5dde\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u6bcf\u4e00\u6b65\u4e3a\u60a8\u4e89\u53d6\u6743\u76ca\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5728\u8499\u7279\u514b\u83b1\u5c14\u53d1\u751f\u8f66\u7978\u540e\u8be5\u600e\u4e48\u505a<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u53d1\u751f\u8f66\u7978\u540e\uff0c\u60a8\u5728\u4e8b\u540e\u6240\u505a\u7684\u51b3\u5b9a\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4fdd\u62a4\u60a8\u7684\u5229\u76ca\u548c\u63d0\u9ad8\u83b7\u5f97\u516c\u5e73\u8d54\u507f\u7684\u673a\u4f1a\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u5728\u8499\u7279\u514b\u83b1\u5c14\u53d1\u751f\u8f66\u7978\uff0c\u8bf7\u9075\u5faa\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6b65\u9aa4\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u5c31\u533b.<\/strong> \u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u6ca1\u6709\u611f\u89c9\u75bc\u75db\uff0c\u4f46\u5c31\u533b\u5bf9\u4e8e\u68c0\u67e5\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u6613\u7acb\u5373\u5bdf\u89c9\u7684\u635f\u4f24\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.njnylawyers.com\/zh\/blog\/can-you-sue-for-whiplash-from-a-rideshare-accident\/\">\u68cd\u97ad<\/a> \u6216\u8111\u9707\u8361\u3002\u60a8\u7684\u53d7\u4f24\u75c5\u53f2\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5c06\u6765\u7684\u7d22\u8d54\u4e5f\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u62a5\u8b66.<\/strong> \u5728\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u5dde\uff0c\u6d89\u53ca\u4eba\u5458\u4f24\u4ea1\u6216\u91cd\u5927\u8d22\u4ea7\u635f\u5931\u7684\u4e8b\u6545\u5fc5\u987b\u5411\u8b66\u65b9\u62a5\u6848\uff08N.J. Stat. \u00a7 39:4-130\uff09\u3002\u8b66\u65b9\u62a5\u544a\u662f\u60a8\u7d22\u8d54\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u7ec4\u6210\u90e8\u5206\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u6536\u96c6\u8bc1\u636e\u3002.<\/strong> \u62cd\u6444\u73b0\u573a\u3001\u8f66\u8f86\u635f\u574f\u548c\u4efb\u4f55\u53ef\u89c1\u4f24\u53e3\u7684 jan\u00eb\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7167\u7247\u5728\u786e\u5b9a\u8d23\u4efb\u6216\u8bc1\u660e\u8d54\u507f\u65b9\u9762\u53ef\u80fd\u5f88\u6709\u4ef7\u503c\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u4ea4\u6362\u8be6\u60c5\u3002.<\/strong> \u83b7\u53d6\u5176\u4ed6\u53f8\u673a\u548c\u4efb\u4f55\u76ee\u51fb\u8005\u7684\u59d3\u540d\u3001\u8054\u7cfb\u65b9\u5f0f\u548c\u4fdd\u9669\u4fe1\u606f\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u907f\u514d\u627f\u8ba4\u9519\u8bef\u3002.<\/strong> \u4e0d\u8981\u53d1\u8868\u6697\u793a\u4f60\u5bf9\u4e8b\u6545\u8d1f\u8d23\u7684\u8a00\u8bba\uff0c\u5426\u5219\u4ed6\u4eba\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u65e5\u540e\u5229\u7528\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8a00\u8bba\u5bf9\u4f60\u4e0d\u5229\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u4e8b\u6545\u53d1\u751f\u540e\u60a8\u672a\u80fd\u7acb\u5373\u9075\u5faa\u6240\u6709\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6b65\u9aa4\uff0c\u8bf7\u4e0d\u7528\u62c5\u5fc3\u3002\u8499\u7279\u514b\u83b1\u5c14\u7684\u6c7d\u8f66\u4e8b\u6545\u5f8b\u5e08\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u60a8\u7684\u6848\u4ef6\u4e2d\u5e2e\u52a9\u60a8\u6536\u96c6\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u8bc1\u636e\u5e76\u91c7\u53d6\u4ee5\u4e0b\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u5df2\u7ecf\u8fc7\u53bb\u4e86\u4e00\u6bb5\u65f6\u95f4\u3002\u73b0\u5728\u5bfb\u6c42\u60a8\u6240\u9700\u7684\u5e2e\u52a9\u4e5f\u4e3a\u65f6\u4e0d\u665a\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u8b66\u65b9\u62a5\u544a. <\/strong>\u8b66\u65b9\u7684\u8c03\u67e5\u548c\u62a5\u544a\u5728\u67e5\u660e\u4e8b\u6545\u4e8b\u5b9e\u65b9\u9762\u53d1\u6325\u7740\u5173\u952e\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6d89\u53ca\u4eba\u5458\u3001\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u4e8b\u6545\u7684\u73af\u5883\u6761\u4ef6\u4ee5\u53ca\u662f\u5426\u6709\u4eba\u8fdd\u53cd\u4ea4\u901a\u6cd5\u89c4\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u8bc1\u4eba\u8bc1\u8bcd. \u5141\u8bb8\u5c06\u4e8b\u6545\u8d23\u4efb\u5728\u4e8b\u6545\u76f8\u5173\u65b9\u4e4b\u95f4\u5206\u644a\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u60a8\u5728\u4e8b\u6545\u4e2d\u8d1f\u6709\u4e00\u5b9a\u8d23\u4efb\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u8d1f\u6709 50% \u6216\u66f4\u5c11\u7684\u8d23\u4efb\uff0c\u60a8\u4ecd\u7136\u53ef\u4ee5\u83b7\u5f97\u4eba\u8eab\u4f24\u5bb3\u548c\u8d22\u4ea7\u635f\u5931\u7684\u8d54\u507f\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u5206\u914d\u7ed9\u60a8\u7684\u8d23\u4efb\u767e\u5206\u6bd4\u5c06\u51cf\u5c11\u60a8\u7684\u8d54\u507f\u91d1\u989d\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u88ab\u8ba4\u5b9a\u4e3a\u5bf9\u4e8b\u6545\u8d1f\u6709 20% \u7684\u8d23\u4efb\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u4ecd\u80fd\u4ece\u5bf9\u65b9\u53f8\u673a\u90a3\u91cc\u83b7\u5f97 80% \u7684\u635f\u5931\u8d54\u507f\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728 Glugeth &amp; Pierguidi\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7ecf\u9a8c\u4e30\u5bcc\u5730\u5904\u7406\u590d\u6742\u7684\u8f66\u7978\u6848\u4ef6\uff0c\u5e76\u52aa\u529b\u4e3a\u60a8\u4e89\u53d6\u516c\u5e73\u7684\u8d54\u507f\u3002\u8ba9\u8499\u7279\u514b\u83b1\u5c14\u7684\u6c7d\u8f66\u4e8b\u6545\u5f8b\u5e08\u5f15\u5bfc\u60a8\u5b8c\u6210\u6574\u4e2a\u8fc7\u7a0b\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba <a href=\"https:\/\/www.njnylawyers.com\/zh\/blog\/t-bone-accident-fault\/\">\u8d23\u4efb\u662f\u660e\u786e\u7684\u8fd8\u662f\u6709\u4e89\u8bae\u7684<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 \u6761\uff09\u3002\u9519\u8fc7\u6b64\u6700\u540e\u671f\u9650\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u60a8\u65e0\u6cd5\u5bfb\u6c42\u8d54\u507f\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u4ee3\u8868\u60a8\u51fa\u5ead\u3002.<\/strong> \u5982\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u4e3a\u60a8\u5728\u6cd5\u5ead\u4e0a\u4e89\u53d6\uff0c\u4ee5\u83b7\u5f97\u516c\u5e73\u7684\u5224\u51b3\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728 Glugeth &amp;
