href=\"https:\/\/www.njnylawyers.com\/zh\/new-jersey-medical-malpractice-lawyers\/\"><strong>\u533b\u7597\u4e8b\u6545<\/strong><\/a><strong>, \u4f60\u5e94\u8be5 <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.njnylawyers.com\/zh\/contact\/\" rel=\"nofollow\"><strong>\u54a8\u8be2<\/strong><\/a><strong> \u8bf7\u7acb\u5373\u8054\u7cfb\u7ecf\u9a8c\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u5dde\u810a\u9ad3\u635f\u4f24\u5f8b\u5e08\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u60a8\u662f\u5426\u6709\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8ffd\u7d22\u6743\u3002.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u810a\u9ad3\u635f\u4f24<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u542c\u5230\u810a\u9ad3\u635f\u4f24\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u9996\u5148\u60f3\u5230\u7684\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u762b\u75ea\u3002. <strong>\u762b\u75ea\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u6700\u5177\u7834\u574f\u6027\u7684\u810a\u67f1\u635f\u4f24\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002. <\/strong>\u8fd9\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u5f80\u5f80\u662f\u6c38\u4e45\u6027\u7684\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u53d7\u4f24\u90e8\u4f4d\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7684\u6574\u4e2a\u8eab\u4f53\u3002\u810a\u9ad3\u5728\u5927\u8111\u548c\u8eab\u4f53\u4e4b\u95f4\u8fdb\u884c\u4ea4\u6d41\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u7834\u574f\u4ea4\u6d41\u7684\u635f\u4f24\u90fd\u53ef\u80fd\u9020\u6210\u6c38\u4e45\u6027\u540e\u679c\u3002. <strong>\u762b\u75ea\u4e00\u822c\u5206\u4e3a\u4e09\u79cd\u7c7b\u578b\u3002.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u622a\u762b<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u622a\u762b\u4f1a\u524a\u5f31\u6216\u6d88\u9664\u4e00\u4e2a\u4eba\u4ece\u8170\u90e8\u4ee5\u4e0b\u63a7\u5236\u6216\u79fb\u52a8\u8eab\u4f53\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002. <\/strong>\u622a\u762b\u60a3\u8005\u5f80\u5f80\u611f\u89c9\u4e0d\u5230\u4e0b\u80a2\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u77e5\u89c9\uff0c\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u4ed6\u4eec\u4e5f\u5931\u53bb\u4e86\u5bf9\u8180\u80f1\u548c\u80a0\u9053\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u63a7\u5236\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u9ad8\u5ea6\u56db\u80a2\u762b\u75ea&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u9ad8\u5ea6\u56db\u80a2\u762b\u75ea\u662f\u622a\u762b\u4e2d\u6700\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u4e00\u79cd\uff0c\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u60a3\u8005\u9888\u90e8\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\u80fd\u529b\u6216\u611f\u89c9\u3002. <\/strong>\u9ad8\u5ea6\u56db\u80a2\u762b\u75ea\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u51e0\u4e4e\u6240\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u8eab\u4f53\u529f\u80fd\u90fd\u9700\u8981\u5e2e\u52a9\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u547c\u5438\u3001\u8fd0\u52a8\u3001\u8180\u80f1\u548c\u80a0\u9053\u529f\u80fd\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4f4e\u4f4d\u56db\u80a2\u762b\u75ea<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4f4e\u5ea6\u56db\u80a2\u762b\u75ea\u4e5f\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u60a3\u8005\u9888\u90e8\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u5982\u9ad8\u5ea6\u56db\u80a2\u762b\u75ea\u4e25\u91cd\u3002. <\/strong>\u4e0d\u8fc7\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u9ad8\u5ea6\u56db\u80a2\u762b\u60a3\u8005\u53ef\u80fd\u80fd\u591f\u72ec\u7acb\u547c\u5438\uff0c\u5e76\u4fdd\u7559\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\u548c\u63a7\u5236\u4e0a\u80a2\uff08\u5982\u624b\u81c2\u3001\u624b\u638c\u548c\u624b\u6307\uff09\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u810a\u9ad3\u635f\u4f24\u7684\u7ec8\u751f\u5f71\u54cd\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u707e\u96be\u6027\u7684\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u548c\u9002\u5e94\u3002. <\/strong>\u4e00\u540d 25 \u5c81\u7684\u4f4e\u4f4d\u56db\u80a2\u762b\u75ea\u8005\u4e00\u751f\u7684\u5e73\u5747\u751f\u6d3b\u8d39\u7528\u8d85\u8fc7 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.christopherreeve.org\/todays-care\/living-with-paralysis\/costs-and-insurance\/costs-of-living-with-spinal-cord-injury\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">$3 \u767e\u4e07<\/a>. .\u5904\u7406\u810a\u9ad3\u635f\u4f24\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6210\u672c\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u96be\u4ee5\u627f\u53d7\u7684\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u6bc1\u706d\u6027\u7684\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u5176\u4ed6\u810a\u9ad3\u635f\u4f24\u53ef\u7531\u690e\u95f4\u76d8\u7834\u88c2\u6216\u7a81\u51fa\u4ee5\u53ca\u611f\u67d3\u5f15\u8d77\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4e0d\u53ca\u65f6\u6cbb\u7597\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u6c38\u4e45\u6027\u635f\u4f24\u3002.<\/strong> \u4e0d\u5e78\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u810a\u9ad3\u635f\u4f24\u5f80\u5f80\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u8eab\u4f53\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u90e8\u4f4d\uff0c\u5e76\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u5e76\u53d1\u75c7\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u8925\u75ae\u3001\u611f\u67d3\u3001\u80be\u7ed3\u77f3\u3001\u80ba\u708e\u7b49\u3002.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u810a\u9ad3\u635f\u4f24\u7684\u539f\u56e0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u8bb8\u591a\u4eba\u53ef\u80fd\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u810a\u67f1\u53d7\u4f24\u9700\u8981\u53d1\u751f\u707e\u96be\u6027\u4e8b\u6545\u3002. <\/strong>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u662f\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u610f\u5916\uff0c\u5982\u4e0b\u697c\u68af\u65f6\u88ab\u7eca\u5012\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u810a\u9ad3\u635f\u4f24\u3002. <strong>\u4e00\u822c\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u810a\u9ad3\u635f\u4f24\u53ef\u5206\u4e3a\u521b\u4f24\u6027\u548c\u975e\u521b\u4f24\u6027\u4e24\u79cd\u3002. <\/strong>\u975e\u521b\u4f24\u6027\u635f\u4f24\u53ef\u7531\u708e\u75c7\u3001\u5173\u8282\u708e\u3001\u79ef\u6db2\u3001\u80bf\u80c0\u6216\u764c\u75c7\u6216\u810a\u67f1\u88c2\u7b49\u75be\u75c5\u5f15\u8d77\u3002\u521b\u4f24\u6027\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u5982\u80cc\u90e8\u6216\u9888\u90e8\u7a81\u7136\u53d7\u5230\u5267\u70c8\u649e\u51fb\uff0c\u4f1a\u9020\u6210\u5176\u4ed6\u810a\u67f1\u635f\u4f24\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u810a\u9ad3\u635f\u4f24\u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u5305\u62ec\u4ee5\u4e0b\u51e0\u79cd\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u673a\u52a8\u8f66\u4e8b\u6545\u3001,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8fd0\u52a8\u4e8b\u6545,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6ed1\u5012\u548c\u8dcc\u5012,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8eab\u4f53\u66b4\u529b\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u533b\u7597\u4e8b\u6545.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u7684\u810a\u9ad3\u635f\u4f24\u662f\u7531\u4ed6\u4eba\u7684\u8fc7\u5931\u76f4\u63a5\u9020\u6210\u7684\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u5dde\u970d\u535a\u80af\u7684\u810a\u9ad3\u635f\u4f24\u5f8b\u5e08\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u60a8\u63d0\u51fa\u7d22\u8d54\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u5dde\u810a\u9ad3\u635f\u4f24\u540e\u7684\u6b65\u9aa4<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u810a\u9ad3\u635f\u4f24\u540e\u7684\u5eb7\u590d\u548c\u9002\u5e94\u751f\u6d3b\u9700\u8981\u8fdb\u884c\u8bb8\u591a\u8c03\u6574\u548c\u6b65\u9aa4\uff0c\u4f46\u6709\u4e24\u4e2a\u91cd\u8981\u6b65\u9aa4\u9700\u8981\u9075\u5faa\u3002.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5c31\u533b<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8bb8\u591a\u810a\u9ad3\u635f\u4f24\u9700\u8981\u7d27\u6025\u6551\u6cbb\uff0c\u4f46\u9664\u6b64\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u8fd8\u9700\u8981\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u540e\u7eed\u62a4\u7406\u548c\u6cbb\u7597\u3002. <strong>\u810a\u9ad3\u635f\u4f24\u540e\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\u4e5f\u8bb8\u5c31\u662f\u786e\u4fdd\u60a8\u5f97\u5230\u6240\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u3002. <\/strong>\u8fd9\u53ef\u80fd\u5305\u62ec\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5185\u5bb9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u6025\u8bca\u5ba4\u670d\u52a1\u3001,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8bca\u65ad\u6d4b\u8bd5,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5916\u79d1\u624b\u672f\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u7269\u7406\u6cbb\u7597.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u65e0\u8bba\u810a\u9ad3\u635f\u4f24\u7684\u4e25\u91cd\u7a0b\u5ea6\u5982\u4f55\uff0c\u90fd\u5fc5\u987b\u7acb\u5373\u5c31\u533b\u3002. <strong>\u5ef6\u957f\u6216\u907f\u514d\u9002\u5f53\u7684\u62a4\u7406\u4f1a\u4f7f\u4f24\u52bf\u6076\u5316\u3002.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u54a8\u8be2\u7ecf\u9a8c\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u5f8b\u5e08&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u810a\u9ad3\u635f\u4f24\u540e\u60a8\u5e94\u8be5\u91c7\u53d6\u7684\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b65\u662f\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u4e86\u89e3\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6743\u5229\u548c\u9009\u62e9\u3002. <strong>\u810a\u9ad3\u635f\u4f24\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u6539\u53d8\u60a8\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u5e76\u5f71\u54cd\u60a8\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u3002\u54a8\u8be2\u7ecf\u9a8c\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u810a\u9ad3\u635f\u4f24\u5f8b\u5e08\u7b26\u5408\u60a8\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u5229\u76ca\u3002.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6709\u5173\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u5dde\u810a\u9ad3\u635f\u4f24\u5982\u4f55\u8d77\u8bc9\u7684\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f\u3001, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.njnylawyers.com\/zh\/contact\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">\u8054\u7cfb<\/a> \u970d\u535a\u80af\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.njnylawyers.com\/zh\/about\/\">Glugeth &amp; Pierguidi, P.C.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u8c01\u5e94\u5bf9\u6211\u7684\u810a\u9ad3\u635f\u4f24\u8d1f\u8d23\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u810a\u9ad3\u635f\u4f24\u7d22\u8d54\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\u662f\u786e\u5b9a\u8d23\u4efb\u65b9\u3002.<\/strong> \u6709\u65f6\u8d23\u4efb\u65b9\u662f\u663e\u800c\u6613\u89c1\u7684\uff0c\u4f46\u6709\u65f6\u9700\u8981\u8fdb\u884c\u5f7b\u5e95\u8c03\u67e5\u624d\u80fd\u786e\u5b9a\u8d23\u4efb\u65b9\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u758f\u5ffd\u9020\u6210\u7684\u810a\u67f1\u635f\u4f24<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5927\u591a\u6570\u810a\u9ad3\u635f\u4f24\u90fd\u662f\u7531\u4ed6\u4eba\u7684\u758f\u5ffd\u6216\u9c81\u83bd\u884c\u4e3a\u9020\u6210\u7684\u3002. <strong>\u8981\u8bc1\u660e\u67d0\u4eba\u7684\u758f\u5ffd\u5bfc\u81f4\u4e86\u60a8\u7684\u4f24\u5bb3\uff0c\u60a8\u5fc5\u987b\u8bc1\u660e\u4ee5\u4e0b\u51e0\u70b9\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul \u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5047\u8bbe\u4e00\u540d\u53f8\u673a\u5728\u9152\u7cbe\u5f71\u54cd\u4e0b\u53d1\u751f\u4e8b\u6545\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u60a8\u810a\u9ad3\u53d7\u4f24\u3002\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u8981\u6c42\u8be5\u53f8\u673a\u5bf9\u5176\u8fc7\u5931\u8d1f\u8d23\u3002.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6ed1\u5012\u548c\u8dcc\u5012\u9020\u6210\u7684\u810a\u67f1\u635f\u4f24<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5728\u4ed6\u4eba\u7684\u8d22\u4ea7\u4e0a\u6ed1\u5012\u6216\u6454\u5012\u5e76\u5bfc\u81f4\u810a\u9ad3\u635f\u4f24\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6743\u5229 <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.njnylawyers.com\/zh\/new-jersey-slip-and-fall-lawyers\/\"><strong>\u573a\u6240\u8d23\u4efb<\/strong><\/a><strong> \u5411\u4e1a\u4e3b\u7d22\u8d54\u3002.<\/strong> \u4e1a\u4e3b\u5fc5\u987b\u5145\u5206\u7ef4\u62a4\u5176\u8d22\u4ea7\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u4e0d\u5b58\u5728\u5371\u9669\u72b6\u51b5\u3002.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3
