Glugeth &amp; Pierguidi, P.C.\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u51fa\u5ead\u5f8b\u5e08\u66fe\u4ee3\u7406\u8fc7\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6848\u4ef6 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.njnylawyers.com\/zh\/new-york-city-personal-injury-lawyers\/pedestrian-accidents\/\">\u4e25\u91cd\u53d7\u4f24\u7684\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5e02\u884c\u4eba<\/a>. .\u6211\u4eec\u5df2\u4e3a\u5ba2\u6237\u8ffd\u56de 1 \u4ebf\u591a\u7f8e\u5143\u3002. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u51c6\u5907\u6bcf\u4e00\u4e2a\u6848\u4ef6\u65f6\u90fd\u4f1a\u8ba4\u771f\u5173\u6ce8\u7ec6\u8282\uff0c\u5e76\u968f\u65f6\u51c6\u5907\u5728\u5bf9\u65b9\u62d2\u7edd\u8ba4\u771f\u5bf9\u5f85\u60a8\u7684\u4f24\u5bb3\u65f6\u5c06\u5176\u544a\u4e0a\u6cd5\u5ead\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e86\u89e3\u884c\u4eba\u4e8b\u6545\u6700\u5e38\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u5730\u70b9\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u60a8\u4fdd\u6301\u8b66\u60d5\u3002\u8bf7\u7ee7\u7eed\u9605\u8bfb\uff0c\u4ed4\u7ec6\u4e86\u89e3\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4ea4\u901a\u4e8b\u6545\u7684\u53d1\u751f\u5730\u70b9\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u91c7\u53d6\u54ea\u4e9b\u63aa\u65bd\u6765\u4fdd\u62a4\u81ea\u5df1\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5e02\u54ea\u4e9b\u5730\u65b9\u6700\u5e38\u53d1\u751f\u884c\u4eba\u4e8b\u6545\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5e02\u7684\u884c\u4eba\u4e8b\u6545\u5f80\u5f80\u53d1\u751f\u5728\u53ef\u9884\u89c1\u7684\u9ad8\u4eba\u6d41\u91cf\u533a\u57df\u3002\u62e5\u6324\u7684\u5341\u5b57\u8def\u53e3\u3001\u7e41\u5fd9\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u8d70\u5eca\u4ee5\u53ca <a href=\"https:\/\/www.njnylawyers.com\/zh\/new-york-city-personal-injury-lawyers\/construction-accidents\/\">\u65bd\u5de5\u533a<\/a> \u5728\u8fd9\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u53f8\u673a\u5fc5\u987b\u8fc5\u901f\u505a\u51fa\u51b3\u5b9a\uff0c\u6709\u65f6\u751a\u81f3\u770b\u4e0d\u5230\u4eba\u884c\u6a2a\u9053\u4e0a\u7684\u884c\u4eba\u3002.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u66fc\u54c8\u987f\u7e41\u5fd9\u7684\u5341\u5b57\u8def\u53e3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5341\u5b57\u8def\u53e3\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u66fc\u54c8\u987f\u4e2d\u57ce\u548c\u4e0b\u57ce\u7684\u5341\u5b57\u8def\u53e3\uff0c\u662f\u884c\u4eba\u6700\u5371\u9669\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u7e41\u5fd9\u7684\u4ea4\u901a\u3001\u4e0d\u65ad\u7684\u8f6c\u5f2f\u3001\u516c\u5171\u6c7d\u8f66\u3001\u51fa\u79df\u8f66\u3001, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.njnylawyers.com\/zh\/new-york-city-personal-injury-lawyers\/uber-accident\/\">\u5171\u4eab\u6c7d\u8f66<\/a>, \u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\uff0c\u9001\u8d27\u5361\u8f66\u9020\u6210\u4e86\u6df7\u4e71\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5de6\u8f6c\u548c\u53f3\u8f6c\u649e\u8f66\u4e8b\u6545\u5c24\u5176\u5e38\u89c1\u3002\u9a7e\u9a76\u5458\u5f80\u5f80\u53ea\u6ce8\u610f\u8fce\u9762\u800c\u6765\u7684\u8f66\u8f86\uff0c\u800c\u6ca1\u6709\u5728\u8f6c\u5f2f\u524d\u68c0\u67e5\u4eba\u884c\u6a2a\u9053\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9ad8\u98ce\u9669\u8d70\u5eca\u5305\u62ec<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u65f6\u4ee3\u5e7f\u573a\u53ca\u5468\u8fb9\u5927\u9053\u3001,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5148\u9a71\u5e7f\u573a,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8fd0\u6cb3\u8857\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u91d1\u878d\u533a.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5f53\u53f8\u673a\u5728\u8fd9\u4e9b\u62e5\u5835\u7684\u5341\u5b57\u8def\u53e3\u5306\u5fd9\u901a\u8fc7\u800c\u6ca1\u6709\u8ba9\u884c\u65f6\uff0c\u540e\u679c\u6700\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u5f80\u5f80\u662f\u884c\u4eba\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u9760\u8fd1\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5e02\u5730\u94c1\u5165\u53e3\u548c\u5df4\u58eb\u7ad9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4ea4\u901a\u67a2\u7ebd\u9644\u8fd1\u7ecf\u5e38\u53d1\u751f\u884c\u4eba\u4e8b\u6545\u3002\u9a7e\u9a76\u5458\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u4f1a\u9884\u6599\u5230\u6709\u4eba\u4f1a\u4ece\u505c\u653e\u7684\u6c7d\u8f66\u4e4b\u95f4\u6216\u62e5\u6324\u7684\u62d0\u89d2\u5904\u6b65\u5165\u4eba\u884c\u6a2a\u9053\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5f53\u516c\u4ea4\u8f66\u505c\u4e0b\u5e76\u6321\u4f4f\u89c6\u7ebf\u65f6\uff0c\u5176\u4ed6\u53f8\u673a\u6709\u65f6\u4f1a\u8bd5\u56fe\u5feb\u901f\u901a\u8fc7\uff0c\u8fd9\u5c31\u7ed9\u6a2a\u7a7f\u9a6c\u8def\u7684\u884c\u4eba\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u5371\u9669\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5e02\u5efa\u7b51\u533a<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u65bd\u5de5\u533a\u4e3a\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5e02\u7684\u884c\u4eba\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u4e0d\u53ef\u9884\u77e5\u7684\u72b6\u51b5\u3002\u4eba\u884c\u9053\u5173\u95ed\u3001\u4e34\u65f6\u4eba\u884c\u9053\u548c\u8f66\u9053\u53d8\u7a84\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u4f1a\u4f7f\u884c\u4eba\u66f4\u63a5\u8fd1\u884c\u9a76\u4e2d\u7684\u8f66\u8f86\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9a7e\u9a76\u5458\u5728\u7ed5\u9053\u884c\u9a76\u6216\u9a7e\u9a76\u91cd\u578b\u8bbe\u5907\u65f6\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5c06\u6ce8\u610f\u529b\u96c6\u4e2d\u5728\u53d8\u9053\u4e0a\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u884c\u4eba\u8eab\u4e0a\u3002\u5927\u578b\u5de5\u7a0b\u8f66\u4e5f\u6709\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u76f2\u533a\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u5927\u8f6c\u5f2f\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u4e25\u91cd\u53d7\u4f24\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u9760\u8fd1\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5e02\u7684\u5b66\u6821\u548c\u5927\u5b66<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5b66\u6821\u548c\u5927\u5b66\u6821\u56ed\u5468\u56f4\u7684\u8857\u9053\u5728\u65e9\u4e0a\u653e\u5b66\u3001\u4e0b\u5348\u653e\u5b66\u548c\u665a\u4e0a\u6362\u8bfe\u65f6\u5c24\u5176\u7e41\u5fd9\u3002\u5927\u7fa4\u5b66\u751f\u7ecf\u5e38\u540c\u65f6\u8fc7\u9a6c\u8def\uff0c\u6709\u65f6\u4f1a\u56e0\u4ea4\u901a\u5835\u585e\u800c\u6d8c\u5165\u5341\u5b57\u8def\u53e3\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5b66\u6821\u533a\u57df\u8981\u6c42\u964d\u4f4e\u8f66\u901f\uff0c\u4f46\u6709\u4e9b\u9a7e\u9a76\u5458\u5374\u6ca1\u6709\u51cf\u901f\u6216\u8ba9\u884c\u3002\u5206\u5fc3\u3001\u6025\u8e81\u548c\u62e5\u5835\u4f1a\u8ba9\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4eba\u6d41\u5bc6\u96c6\u7684\u533a\u57df\u53d8\u6210\u513f\u7ae5\u3001\u9752\u5c11\u5e74\u548c\u5e74\u8f7b\u4eba\u7684\u5371\u9669\u73af\u5883\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5e02\u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u884c\u4eba\u4e8b\u6545\u7c7b\u578b\u6709\u54ea\u4e9b\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5e02\uff0c\u67d0\u4e9b\u78b0\u649e\u6a21\u5f0f\u4f1a\u53cd\u590d\u5f71\u54cd\u884c\u4eba\u3002\u4e86\u89e3\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4e8b\u6545\u662f\u5982\u4f55\u53d1\u751f\u7684\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u60a8\u63d0\u9ad8\u8b66\u60d5\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul \u5f53\u884c\u4eba\u7a7f\u8fc7\u5341\u5b57\u8def\u53e3\u65f6\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u662f\u5728\u505c\u653e\u7684\u6c7d\u8f66\u4e4b\u95f4\uff0c\u6709\u9650\u7684\u80fd\u89c1\u5ea6\u4f1a\u4f7f\u9a7e\u9a76\u5458\u65e0\u6cd5\u53ca\u65f6\u505a\u51fa\u53cd\u5e94\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5012\u8f66\u4e8b\u6545\u3002.<\/strong> class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u884c\u4eba\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5e02\u4fdd\u6301\u5b89\u5168\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u60a8\u65e0\u6cd5\u63a7\u5236\u53f8\u673a\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u884c\u8d70\u65f6\u8981\u8003\u8651\u8fd9\u4e9b\u9884\u9632\u63aa\u65bd\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
