Client of Glugeth & Pierguidi, P.C. Received Spine, Shoulder, and Leg Injuries After an 18-Wheeler Failed to Stop
In March 2024, the firm’s David Pierguidi secured a $1.4 million settlement on behalf of his client, who suffered severe injuries after an accident with a tractor-trailer. The incident occurred on November 5, 2020, while the claimant was waiting at a stop sign, and the truck hit his vehicle from behind.
